In this role, she partners closely with global leadership to align regional growth initiatives with enterprise objectives, while ensuring disciplined risk management and regulatory stewardship across asset classes and client segments.

Prior to her current role, Dina served as Chief Marketing Officer at Lightspeed Financial Services, where she led brand strategy, marketing execution, and client growth initiatives in a highly competitive, regulated trading environment. As CMO, she aligned brand, product, and go-to-market strategy to strengthen market positioning and support scalable growth.

Before Lightspeed, Dina was Senior Vice President and Head of North America at FOREX.com, where she was responsible for regional performance and growth strategy for one of the world’s most recognized retail trading brands. She led initiatives to expand market share, enhance client engagement, and strengthen operational execution across the region.

Earlier, Dina served as Senior Vice President, Global Marketing and Brand Strategy, leading global brand positioning, client acquisition strategy, and integrated marketing execution across multiple regions. In this role, she helped unify brand strategy across markets while supporting international expansion and evolving digital engagement models.
